he Kids Monkey believes in helping its customers as far as possible. Once you place the order, it gets confirmed immediately and dispatched within 1-3 days and the estimated delivery time is 5-7 days.

As much as we want our products to reach your destination quickly, we do not have the control over the delivery service’s end, but you will be updated at all times regarding the status of your shipment via tracking information provided to you.

Return & Exchange

We offer refund in the following conditions only:

• If you have received the wrong product(s).
• If the product(s) gets damaged in transit.

In both the cases, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service by sharing a clear view Single unboxing video of the package received, within 48 hrs of receiving it to the following email id : shopwithtkm@gmail.com

The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of any Refunds approved by us, it will take 5-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
